Yaw Boakye Mensah, holds an MBA in Finance and a Degree in Management Studies, all from the University Cape Coast (UCC) He has worked with the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association (CUA) Ltd. as a Regional Manager- Ashanti and Tema Chapter(s), An Auditor, an Accounts Officer, and a caretaker Manager of Brim Community and Nkawkaw Community co-operative Credit Unions. Yaw Boakye Mensah, is a certified trainer with the Ghana Microfinance Institution Network (GHAMFIN). Yaw Boakye Mensah, has served as a Board Member of the Kamccu Co-operative credit union as the Assistant Treasurer and prevoiusly as a Supervisory committee Secretary. Yaw Boakye Mensah is in charge of Finance and Adminstration of the Ghana Revenue Authority Co-operative Credit Unions Ltd.

With a strong focus on operational excellence, member satisfaction and financial discipline, he ensures that savings are secured, Loans are processed efficiently and every member concern is addressed promptly and personally. The Union is dedicated to serving its members with transparency and trust.

A dedicated and results-oriented professional serving as Marketing Manager and Loans Officer at GRA Credit Union, having joined the Credit Union as a staff member in October 2017. I have developed valuable experience in marketing, member relations, loan processing, credit administration, and business development within the credit union sector. In my dual role, I am responsible for promoting the Credit Union’s products and services, attracting new members, strengthening relationships with existing members, and supporting the institution’s growth. As a Loans Officer, I assist members with loan applications, assess their credit needs, facilitate loan processing, and monitor loan repayments in line with the Credit Union’s policies and procedures. I am passionate about delivering excellent member service, promoting financial inclusion, encouraging savings, and ensuring responsible lending practices. Through dedication, teamwork, effective communication, and a strong commitment to organizational goals, I strive to contribute to the financial well-being of members and the sustainable growth of GRA Credit Union.
