Draft for review. This document was prepared as a starting point and has not yet been reviewed by GRACCU’s legal counsel or the Ghana Co-operative Credit Unions Association. Remove this notice once it has.
These terms govern your use of the GRACCU website. They do not govern your membership or your accounts — those are set by the union’s by-laws and the agreement you signed when you joined.
Who may use this site
Anyone may read these pages. Applying for membership is open to staff of the Ghana Revenue Authority, employees of GRA-affiliated institutions, and the defined dependants of members in good standing.
The information here is general
Rates, limits, fees and product terms shown on this site are published for guidance and are set by the Annual General Meeting and the Board. They change. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, and no page here creates an obligation on the union to lend.
Where the by-laws govern
If anything on this website conflicts with the union’s by-laws, the resolutions of the Annual General Meeting, or a signed agreement between you and GRACCU, that document governs and this website does not.
Your account and your security
Keep your membership number and any credentials we issue to yourself. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has them. We will never ask you for a password, a full account number or a one-time code by email, by text message or over the telephone.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain access to any part of this site you have not been granted, interfere with its operation, or use it to send unlawful or abusive material. The enquiry form is for enquiries.
Other sites we link to
Where we link to a site we do not run — a regulator, an affiliate, a partner — we are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.
Intellectual property
The GRACCU name, logo and the material on this site belong to the union or to those who licensed it to us. You may read, download and print it for your own use as a member or a prospective member.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
