A dedicated and results-oriented professional serving as Marketing Manager and Loans Officer at GRA Credit Union, having joined the Credit Union as a staff member in October 2017. I have developed valuable experience in marketing, member relations, loan processing, credit administration, and business development within the credit union sector.
In my dual role, I am responsible for promoting the Credit Union’s products and services, attracting new members, strengthening relationships with existing members, and supporting the institution’s growth. As a Loans Officer, I assist members with loan applications, assess their credit needs, facilitate loan processing, and monitor loan repayments in line with the Credit Union’s policies and procedures.
I am passionate about delivering excellent member service, promoting financial inclusion, encouraging savings, and ensuring responsible lending practices.
